Shubha is a senior associate with extensive experience in labour and employment matters in Oman.
Shubha is recognized as a leading practitioner in the field for contentious and non-contentious matters. Her expertise includes drafting/review of offer letters, employment contracts, human resource manuals, penalty regulations, settlement agreements, confidentiality agreements, advising on day to day basis to clientele on rights and entitlements, leaves, termination procedures, employee transfers, deployment structuring, secondment matters and labour disputes, where she plays an important role in pre-trial strategy formulation.
Additionally, Shubha has extensive experience in transactions involving foreign capital investment and market entry strategization and implementation, commercial agencies, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, restructuring and compliance issues, real estate, free zone.
Shubha has co-authored several articles on Oman’s labour and employment regime and conducts seminars and workshops on this subject.
Shubha graduated with a Bachelors in Law from Government Law College, Mumbai. She is enrolled with Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. Shubha speaks English and Hindi.
