Nadim is the regional head of our TMT and FinTech practices based in our DIFC office in Dubai.
He has been advising technology and media companies in the region for the last 6 years and has been part of several successful transactional matters in the industry.
Nadim also advises fintech companies and on crypto related projects for a number of years along, both at the start-up level but also for more established entities looking to comply with local and regional regulations.
Nadim publishes articles on various TMT related matters and contributes to public forums related to tech, crypto and fintech.
Fluent in English, French and Arabic, Nadim holds a JD degree from the Hofstra University School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York and in Dubai.
