Maroun is an associate in the corporate department in our DIFC office.
Maroun specifically works within the insurance department where he has gained professional experience in providing legal advice, in conducting legal research, assisting on legal transactions, and handles the drafting and review of various legal documents, including legal memoranda and commercial agreements.
Prior to BSA Maroun gained law firm experience in both the corporate M&A practice, where he drafted contracts, memos and corporate guarantees, and in the litigation practice where he drafted motions in civil, criminal commercial matters.
Maroun was admitted to the Beirut Bar Association in 2023.
