Felicity is an Associate in the Intellectual Property Department at our DIFC offices and has been working in the Middle East since 2016.
Her practice covers all aspects of intellectual property, including trademarks, copyright and related rights, domain names and patents, with a focus on litigation, licensing and brand management. She advises on all aspects of brand protection, with particular expertise in devising enforcement strategies and metaverse/ NFT projects. Felicity is an experienced litigator and deals with intricate cross-border claims. She also advises on domain name disputes, social media disputes and infringement claims, in addition to managing anticounterfeiting operations and developing pre-emptive anticounterfeiting strategies with her clients.
Felicity has represented clients from a range of backgrounds including Aviation, Telecommunications, Luxury Fashion brands, Financial services, Cryptocurrency, Media and Entertainment.
Ms Hammond obtained her LLB degree in Law from the University of Liverpool.
