Mohammed Nedal is the Head of Sharjah & Northern Emirates offices, based in Sharjah
Mohammed specialises in arbitration, litigation and dispute resolution. Practising since 1992, Mohammed has extensive experience in various types of litigation matters. He acts for regional and international clients including developers, business owners, purchasing corporations and public bodies.
Mohammed's advice covers adjudications, conciliations, claim settlements, expert determinations, litigation and mediation, matter handling, client management, and agreement and contracts drafting. He also negotiates on behalf of clients and advises on registration of trademarks and IP, filing opposition actions and registering companies and branch offices onshore and offshore.
