Abdullah set up BSA in Riyadh in 2006. He is a highly experienced Saudi lawyer with over a decade of experience both as in-house counsel in various governmental bodies, and as a lawyer and accredited arbitrator in private practice. He advises on business and foreign investment laws and advises foreign companies on their legal affairs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from their establishment and throughout their lifetime. He also undertakes M&A work advising on the divestiture of assets and shares, and has a wealth of experience preparing and negotiating contracts.
Abdullah has successfully represented several high profile Saudi and foreign companies in court on various matters such as IP, Aviation and disputes between shareholders and has filed countless debt recovery cases on behalf of individual and corporate clients.
Abdullah also held roles as Legal Advisor and Prosecutor before the Administrative Court for the Department of Commercial Agencies at the Saudi Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and as Legal Advisor of the Judicial Committee in charge of adjudicating disputes.
