Our Head of Arbitration, Partner Antonios Dimitracopoulos, conducted a workshop that was attended by more than 65 delegates at the In-House Congress Middle East in Dubai.
The workshop included case-based arbitration scenarios, which were presented for discussion amongst the delegates, as well as updates on legislation and current practices affecting arbitration in the UAE. The workshop generated a stimulated discussion resulting in key messages relevant to anyone involved in arbitral proceedings in the UAE.
With focused panel discussion groups and practice area workshops, the In House Congress 2015 brought together leading in-house lawyers, compliance professionals, senior business executives from both the private and public sectors in Middle East, prominent business leaders, private practice lawyers, leading law firms and industry experts to discuss issues that are relevant to their roles.
